I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I considered their waiting area chairs to be the most comfortable I've ever sat in. I was so relaxed while waiting to see the dermatologist. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. All of my questions were answered fully during the appointment, which really put my mind at ease. It was extremely informative.

They ignored my questions Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless because I drove over l/2 hr and never saw the doctor. Nothing was solved or taken care of. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. He made me wait for l 1/2 hr. took a rush patient ahead of me.... I never saw him; they were incredibly rude and finally I walked out in disgust. He owes me money for my time and gas and aggravation.
