The office staff was very helpful and pleasant. Dr. Goran was nice as well and remembered us from a visit years ago. The wait time can be long, so be prepared.

They definitely didn't answer all of my questions. Maybe one or two, but I definitely needed more information. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. I was concerned with the cleanliness of the office. The trays that held supplies in the room I was in had rust on them.
