She was inaccurate with my diagnosis and how to manage it. She made my problem worse with her advice. Now I have a massive spot of melasma on my face because of her terrible advice. I trusted her and clearly I should not have. I've seen two other doctors in the area who are much better.

I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost.
