I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me.
There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. i QUESTION HIS LICENCE.
