I have had a great experience with Dr Zivin and his staff. I'm a late 30's and have a congenital heart defect that was repaired with open heart surgery a few years ago . I've since had issues maintaining a normal heart rhythm. Dr Zivin listened to all of my concerns, and he got me back to normal. I am very confident in him and wouldn't go anywhere else. I am VERY IMPRESSED with everyone in his office and especially with Dr Zivin!

The staff was very rude in fact. Downright unfriendly and unwelcoming. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I was annoyed as soon as I met the doctor due to their blatant rudeness. They were so unfriendly!
