Dr. Steinbaum is an exceptional doctor. Her front office and support staff are an abomination. They are so inept, incompetent, disorganized, uninformed, and disrespectful that their antagonistic behavior challenges your need to see Dr. Steinbaum and to jump through all the hurdles that her muddled staff puts one through. This last event in trying to secure a prescription from her office in order to take a required blood test was so upsetting that the events aggregated my cardiac condition. Yes, Dr. Steinbaum, who is a cardiologist has a staff so inept that I have had palpitations on several occasions when trying to make an appointment, get a prescription, obtain test results and anything else that has to do with my medical care. So, if you have a heart condition, I do not think this is the right office for you, Well it is not the right office for me. I gave up and found another cardiologist.

Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. I felt comfortable that the medical equipment they used was the most advanced and safest models available. I knew that I was in the very best possible care, but I have to say "this Doctor has an attitude problem". The parking situation at their office was ridiculous. I ended up having to pay for parking because there were no spots available near the office.
They are assistants are always polite ,which I really appreciate.
