They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.
