My appointment felt a little rushed. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. I've never seen a provider look so unprofessional. They obviously do not care about their appearance here because they looked like slobs. Whenever I have a question he tried to explain but it was difficult to understand. He was dirty and did not wash before he touched me. There was dirt under his fingernails. The office smelled like smoke and cigarettes. I could also see due everywhere.
