I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.
