I took my daugher for allergy testing, and after spending hundreds of dollars out of pocket, got absolutely no answsers. Both appointments that I made, were input incorrectly into the computer, one time I showed up and wasn't even in the computer!! I had to reschedule, after driving 45 minutes to the office. I was instructed to take my daugher to a lab for bloodwork and when I got to the office for our follow up appt., I was informed that the lab accidentally left out important bloodwork, so we had to go back and spend extra money to repeat. I was never given the results of those blood tests, after calling Dr. Fatteh's office over and over and over, she and he PA NEVER return my calls. I waited for about an hour on both visits, the office was totally crowded. After doing allergy testing with the skin pricks, was then told that this test is basically inconclusive because a true allergy could show up on a delayed allergy test, which would be a whole seperate test, costing hundreds more dollars out of pocket. WHY NOT TELL ME THAT BEFORE WE DID THE FIRST TEST??? Very unsatisfied with this office, the staff, and DR. Fatteh.
