Diane is the most unprofessional healthcare provider I've ever met. I waited 45 minutes and when she finally walks into the consultation room, she tells me that she had to sign paperwork for a rental home because her house just got foreclosed. I was irritated that she made me wait to take care of personal business but I felt bad about her situation so I decided to let it go. However, in the middle of my evaluation she excuses herself for a few minutes. After waiting a few minutes, I walk outside to figure out what's going on and I see her in another room with another patient doing a consult. Seriously?? I tell the receptionist to process my refund and as he's doing so, she walks outside. I let her know that I don't appreciate her lack of respect for my time and she replies "I don't know what to tell you, IT HAPPENS." Wow. I don't even know how to respond to someone so disrespectful and unprofessional. Worst experience with a healthcare provider ever.
