I have seen a dozen plus Chiropractors in four different states over the past 20 years. I used Dr. Pearson for several years when I lived in Russellville. I have on many occasions called and stopped by for an adjustment when I was in the area or passing through the area on business. I have always got great service and the staff worked with me on these occasions were I called with very short notice to either work me in or find an open appointment time that worked for me. However, the one thing I really want to say and emphasize is DR PEARSON IS IN MY TOP 3 BEST CHIROPRACTOR LIST! It is very hard for me to take and rate these three DC's against each other, so I guess it is kind of a three way tie.
