The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.
I highly recommend Dr. Quaas to anyone who is in pain, even with headaches! He cures those too! I came into his office the first time with a VERY sore neck and back a year and a half after I had a car accident resulting in whiplash and severe back pain - after other chiropractor visits, Dr. Quaas has given me the most positive results out of any chiropractor I have ever been to! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I was ecstatic after my appointment. I knew that I was going to improve with their treatment. I've never seen anyone with more skill.
