Nora Kaplan is the most wonderful, devoted, sincere, brilliant , knowledgeable and personable person in the health care business. She is so capable of helping anyone with a problem. I saw her years ago - in the late 80’s , early 90’s until I left Massachusetts. Any obstacles I faced in the past years - and there were and are many - I just put myself back with Nora and the tools she taught me to help myself. If not for her, I don’t know how I could have survived.
