She paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. She has returned e-mails quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. She has never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and takes every concern of mine seriously. She stayed open late for my first visit. She has never turned me away when I've needed her.
