I was very unhappy with the way my family member's appointment progressed towards end before she searched for another doctor. The doctor did not lead her in a proper direction based on her capabilities. I wished that he would have taken the time to realize and help her find a direction that was in her control. Him pushing her to pursue a difficult path, made her felt worse when she left.

If I had known what a horrible experience she was going to have, I never would have encouraged her to go there for as long as I did. I would never refer a friend or family member here ever. I wouldn't say that they're the type of psychologist to go above and beyond. I feel the doctor was more interested in making money and his own reputation that helping my family member find her way.

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
