The chairs in the waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. The office looked very nice. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. The Doctor's office was decorated in a very serene, soothing decor, and it makes you feel very calm and relaxed being in that room with the floor large window. Her office was the absolute perfect temperature, and Dr. Polson will adjust the temperature with a space heater in the winter, or air conditioning in the summer. She always expresses her concern for your comfort. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on her to be there for me.
