Our studio was established over 10 years ago. Our aim is to serve the community engaging body, intuitive mind, healing heart, soul, and spirit through a collection of modalities by qualified teachers and therapists who practice with integrity and serve from the heart.

Be Moved Studio offers a wide range of styles and levels of Yoga classes and more. We offer Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Tai qi and 5Rhythms movement meditation classes. We offer seasonal workshops including Yoga teacher trainings, Ayurvedic cooking, Women's Healing Rituals, Women's health through Ayurveda, 5Rhythm Intensives and more.
