I was a patient of Dr Strong for several years. In his semi-annual cleanings he neglected to do xrays which resulted in me having to have multiple root canals which could have been avoided had the decay behind the fillings he put in been noticed earlier.

In reviewing my records it stated I had refused xrays which I had not.

He expects you to know what dentists are supposed to do, ie xrays and other care, when my expectation was he was the specialist.

I would NOT recommend going to him

I've been seeing Dr. Strong for over 25 years. He and his staff are so great, I kept going there after moving to where it was a 35 mile drive, even though I had local dentists much closer. Highly recommended!
