The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The interaction between all the professionals makes me feel very confident about care here. They present a very professional appearance. They take the extra time to allievate my fears and concerns. One thing I find important is that I am not just an appointment number to them. They know family members names and needs. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment.
