I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. The office manager thinks she is better than everyone else and acts like a total Bit**. And We have been with them for many years and just this year we were treated horribly. And never given a chance. After being there for that long, you'd think they would treat you a lot better. They need a new office manager. She's ignorant and rude to everyone. Let me tell you something, just because you manage an office, Does not make you the queen of the world.
