Doctor has his own opinions and seems to disregard my concerns.
Doctor can't make a simple diagnosis without other help.
Doctor tells me that my emergency isn't valid because his office floors are being waxed. And, he hates to disrupt the floor cleaning people.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
