I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I felt a little pressured to buy products, but it wasn't overbearing. Still, I wish they had been a little more professional. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
Dr. Werrin does not pay attention to what u asked about your current problem, he only emphasized on the preventive part. Obviously he is not the best choice if u have tooth disease instead of cosmetic concern.
