At my consultation appointment, Dr. Burton told me that we would be a team and that he would work with me to make sure that I was happy with the outcome. Since it was my front teeth that we were dealing with, that was really nice for me to hear. He was very kind and patient.

After his exam he told me that we had three options that we could explore. Once I selected him as my doctor and consented to moving forward with treatment - suddenly only one option was available at my next appointment. The others mentioned weren't really something that we could explore. I felt like he just told me those other options at the consultation to sway me into selecting him to perform the treatment.

Once treatment began, he was no long so nice and patient. When my stuff was back from the lab and I had my appointment to have my new front teeth put in place, I noticed that the shade was way off. It had a blue tint to it! I assure you that my other teeth do not have a blue tint to them.

When I told him that the shade was not right and that I thought it should be adjusted he was very short with me. I found it very scary that he would have cemented them in place when they didn't match at all. My god, I could have had blue front teeth!

From that point on, he was as short with me and made my appointments stressful and unpleasant.
