I've been going to this dentist for about 10 years now. Dr. Zeider is knowledgeable and the staff are competent and kind. One slight thing against his office - time to update with new equipment!

I wasn't given any sort of payment plan or fee information before they went ahead and scheduled my treatment. I had no idea how much I should expect to pay. They didn't give me any sort of financial information until long after my procedure was already finished. They didn't give me any sort of oral health techniques that I could do at home to prevent cavities. I asked for some advice, but they couldn't give me any. Whenever I've visited their office, it's always smelled really bad. They really need to clean or sterilize the office more.
