Please Beware. Horrendously inept, careless, and dishonest. Dental Board Complaint filed. Several dentists looked reviewed what Dr. Joel Wasserman did to me, and each judges that he was extremely inept. In his office he persistently jokes, obsessively, with patients and staff. Utterly unprofessional. He is extremely careless with his dental work, and seems to enjoy causing people complex dental problems, pain, and permanent problem in and around their teeth. A sadistic comedian inept immoral dentist. He did a filling incompletely, the tooth cracked severely, he then implanted a post and cut away my gum, other dentists state that no competent dentist would do this. He did a simple cavity very poorly and caused an infection in the gum from not cleaning the area correctly, he also cracked the tooth at the side and said "Sorry about that" and laughed. Please, beware.

Dr. Joel Wasserman is atrociously inept. Surprisingly.
I had a root-canal, he did a temporary filling and told me to come back the next day. He told me "You can eat anything you want in the meantime." The tooth then cracked horribly. He examined the tooth the next day with a probe and said it looked ok. I then used my finger to pull away the massive fracture. He went "OH!" Then, he had to remove the fracture (which went below the gum), and implant a rod, and put stitches in the gum.
He should have told me to not eat anything hard with the temporary filling.
This is a devious, dishonest man.
His persistent joking in the office is absurd and unprofessional.
