The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. The dentist was friendly and accommodating. I felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. Not only are they recommended by other dentists, other dentists are always calling asking for advice. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
