Administration staff are overbearing and harassing about $8, $10 an $20 amounts that insurance doesn't cover. Calling you on phone to make your account current so you don't incur a$2.00 billing fee. Never had any doctor's office call or be so overbearing about getting their money! There's plenty of other good dentists out there that I don't need to be nagged by their annoying staff!!! Wanting payment made upfront and then they will cut you a check when your insurance pays! that's not how you conduct business. That was the last straw!

They were usually on time but it was hard to get in, their hours are 9-4 very limited and their office is closed alot. You have to take your children to Childrens Hospital emergency dental clinic if you have a problem when they are closed.
