It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated.
