I titled this review "Drive Through Dentist" because that is how it makes me feel. I have been coming here for a year and a half (three visits) and I have seen three different dentist, one of which I found out was fired later and did not provide me with a proper checkup. They seem to rush their services to get as many patients per day. Today's appointment I think the dentist spent 1 1/2 minutes with me, just to tell me to come in every four months for now on. Seems odd that my teeth are in need of three appointments per year, yet my entire appointment took less than 20 minutes! I would use caution before committing to this dentist office and ensure you are completely satisfied with the service you will get. Today was my last visit and I will be looking elsewhere.

I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business.

Somewhat, it was kind of uncomfortable

Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood

Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home

No, it was fine

No. I didn't trust their motives.
