They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. The dentist was friendly and accommodating. I felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature.
