Very expensive and had all kinds of "mandatory" extra expenses including a charge for a 3 minute explanation of flossing! Even though they knew my insurance was lousey and I told them I didn't need the extra expense!The bills they sent me NEVER matched my Explanation of Benefits from my insurance company and just when I thought I'd paid all the bills, another one would come for a different amount. It was very frustrating. I found the dental hygenists VERY nice and they did a great job. I did find Dr. Grace quirky and he does not like to be questioned about his methods and/or policies. I want my children to have regular dental cleanings but I do not agree with all the x-rays/radiation and think clients should be able to decide what they want for their minor children.
