I have gone to Dr. Kotwas my whole life. In fact my whole family goes there too. I always feel comfortable and I have never had a problem. Even when I had braces, they did a great job taking care of my teeth! They are very reasonably priced as well and always are sure to give me a call before an appointment. They have a few other people who work in the office and they are nice people. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great dentist.

They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me.

They do not take you when your appointment is scheduled. They have awful waiting time and if you are getting your teeth cleaned by a clinician you have to wait for Dr. Kotwas. Last time I went was my last time I will ever use this provider. The clinician expected me to wait another 30-45 minutes to see Dr. Kotwas following my cleaning to be sure I did not have cavities.

I would overall say they do not care about their customers OR THEIR TIME
