The staff made me feel like I was bothering them. They are rude and unfriendly. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. Their office was unbearably cold. I was starting to worry that I would catch hypothermia if I stayed there any longer. I understand that heating bills are expensive, but it was awful in there. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. The restrooms at this office were disgusting and smelled horrible. I couldn't even go. Obviously nobody cleans them or maintains them at all.
