My expepience at Dr Mayer's has asways been positive. The staff and dr treat me with respect and explain everything to me before I start Treatment. My kid's like the TVs on the ceilings. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.

Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
