I have been trying to get a root canal retreatment for almost over a year. They received my x-rays and everything but never responded back. I am having the tooth extracted instead as the damage is already bad waiting over a year. My insurance only covers this place. The other places are over two hours away. Would have been nice to at least receive a response stating the root is not retreatable. Just horrible.
