I went there to have my teeth examined, and instead they barely even looked at my teeth. I had barely opened my mouth when they told me they were finished examining them. I'm afraid they might have missed a few cavities. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. I was mildly frustrated that very few of my questions got answered. I really needed to know a lot more than what I got out of that appointment. It felt rushed and impersonal.
