They could work on improving their level of customer service. I was unimpressed by the receptionist's answers to my questions over the phone - but they may have been too technical. The DDS had good how to floss and how to brush training videos, but seemed to imply that if I did not want to watch them that I 'knew it all'. I asked before the appt if my insurance would cover preventive care. They called and ins said they would pay. I got a surprise bill in the mail (under $40). They said the insurance did not reimburse all the costs. I would have preferred to know up front.
