They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I ended up asking if they could reference me somewhere else and the doctor refused. He was extremely rude and never gave me any options to do with my treatment plan. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. There was only one person there that was indeed friendly. Everyone else was horrible. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. No options were found for me. They just told me that nothing was wrong. I ended up going to another dentist and he confirmed what I had, and gave me treatment options. Although the office was very easy to locate, I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them, but especially not having to wait more than 5 min. for an appt. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Dr. Pham and the staff rock~can't wait to see end result.
