They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.

After an auto accident I went to Dr Monraz office and after having him look at the damage his office scheduled and appt with me . as he does not take my insurance I paid for the appt . 200.00. Then with another tooth still broken they made me an appt a month further down the road. Put another temp. filling in, which fell out during the ride home. then they said they would e-mail my insurance company with the work that needed to be performed. when I called to check on that and finally got through... they said I needed to come into the office and pay another 20.00 to have it put on CD. I was told Doctor was in emergencey room . I assummed that he was performing an emergency procedure. I was never told the he himself was in the hospital and had no idea when he would be back. I have had two broken teeth for months now one requireing a root canal ( of which he removed one root and put a temporary filling in saying that it would prevent it from getting any worse until my insurance settlement came through and I was able to pay for the entire service. ) that temporary filling fell out.. the other temporary filling fell out... both put in by his assistant. and then I was never told that he was unavailbal until I finally called to clarify whether or not he was performing emergency room work only to find out the he was in the emergency room and that they didn't know when he was coming back. Now I have two teeth with jagged edges with fillings that have three quarters of the temporary filling fallen out and know way of knowing when he will be back ( not that I will ).Its very hard to get someone on the line there.. you call one minute and someone answers and then you call right back and it goes to voicemail and they don't call you back for days if at all. Deplorable service overall.
