They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me.
