Kevin Flemming's office did not notify me that they cancelled my daughter's appt and we showed up and could hear people in the building but they refused to open the door and give any explanation for them being closed that day. I live out of town so I had driven quite a way for that appt. I gave them another chance after my daughter's filling fell out from another dentist which I REGRET!!! I took my daughter to get the tooth capped, not only did Kevin Flemming verbally abuse my daughter, he strapped her in a straight jacket, she was so upset and scared she peed herself. He then kept threatening he was not going to finish the job because she was crying when he had already started drilling her tooth and it was open to air. He also chipped a tooth that had nothing to do with the work needed to be done and I strongly feel he was the cause to the tooth behind the one he was working on becoming absessed and having to be later removed. He was also very disgusting to me. I have never in my life been treated so badly or watched my poor daughter be treated so badly by someone who is supposed to be helping with a physical ailment. Before this my daughter had no fear of the dentist and had had her teeth drilled before with absolutely no tears or problems.Now she is terrified of the dentist. Kevin Flemming TRAUMATIZED my child. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM AT ALL!!!
