They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. The chair that I sat in during my dental procedure was so comfortable. It was honestly one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever been in. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They were so nice and gave me a huge selection of toothbrushes and toothpastes to choose from after my appointment. They really make an extra effort to make their patients feel special. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.
