I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic.

The dentist was friendly and accommodating. I felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable.
