Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I knew that I was going to be in a little bit of pain after my appointment, it happens every time I go to the dentist. It wasn't excessive at all though, and it went away pretty quickly. It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.

Absolutely not, I don't even think they brushed their teeth
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
Was the waiting area spacious?
No, multiple people had to stand

No, it is their way or the highway
