They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

I sense this dentist is more interested in making money than providing care. Hygenist constantly triend to sell me services during cleaning. She was new, rude, rough, and curt. Front desk staff was on phone making reminder calls rather than attending to my checking out. They were not accommodating. Although my insurance paid the entire bill, I got the sense they wanted me to spend my annual alotment for care on services they recommended, whether they were necessary or not. Plus, he billed as much as he could! I don't think this is reputable practice.
