If you or the facility your loved one is in is using "Dental Care on Premises" - fire them immediately and check to find out if they did any actual work on your loved one - chances are they did little-to-nothing, and charged for SHAM services. You may need to hire a second dentist or hygienist to document that.

This is what I discovered when they repeatedly and fraudulently billed Denti-Cal for work they never performed on my mother, who is in her 80's in a nursing home - they had fraudulently billed for many services that they never performed! They persisted even after I fired them, and the nursing home tried to bully me into continuing their use- even after I fired them!

I reported them and the home to Denti-Cal, and got my own (new) hygienist properly compensated by Denti-Cal for actual work done.

Denti-Cal apparently investigated and fined them, but they may not have closed them down completely. If any of your dentists or hygienists is listed with this company on the internet - fire them immediately and get ALL your money back - they are scam artists! Find a new dentist!
