I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They didn't call me to remind me about my upcoming appointment, but I really didn't need a reminder. It would've been nice if they had called me but it wasn't essential.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. They briefly explained my dental procedure to me, but I wish they had given me more information. I was hoping to get some sample toothbrushes or toothpaste after my appointment, but I didn't get anything. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.
