The Doctor himself was very understanding and gave the impression that he really cared about the patient at initial consultation. However when dealing with his office staff that perception seems to not be correct. It ends up being untrue unless the patient can conform to the convenience of the outside provider rather than for the patient. Whether this was office staff decision or policy I don't know. I was disappointed that Dr Osborne had no interest in hearing my issues with the experience.

Dr. Osborn was very friendly, talked me through the procedure and then did the work very professional. The staff was friendly and very helpful, provided me with follow up instructions.
