They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The staff is professional without lacking warmth and friendliness. The office is clearly visible and on a main street. It is very easy to find. Dr. Dunn is extremely competent and friendly and I have recommended his services to people I love and care about-I cannot think of a higher recommendation. I feel confident recommending him and his services.

This man is a butcher. DO NOT go to him for ANY reason. Not even a cleaning! I went in for a cleaning. He told me that I had a lose filling on one of my teeth (in the back on the left and on the bottom). It is a fairly large tooth. The tooth seemed fine to me but trusting him I said okay. I went in for the filling and got it done with a few cuts to my mouth. After the numbness went away I had SEVERE pain with that tooth. I called them and told them how horrible it was. They saw me back and re-did the filling, saying that sometimes fillings do no “set”. After the second go the pain was even worse! I refused to go back to them after looking at my tooth in a mirror and seeing that he had removed the entire top of the tooth and put in filling where my tooth should have been. I am not a dentist but even I knew at the time that it should not have been done like that. I went to a dentist in Banning, CA because the pain was so bad I thought I had a horrible infection. That dentist actually said that Dr. Dunn DESTROYED my tooth and I would have to have a crown. This dentist also could not understand why he did this because the filling I needed was very small and shallow. But he ground down my tooth till it was basically flat. It does not even connect with the upper tooth on top of it anymore. I did not have the money to fix it at the time and could do nothing but take pain pills. It has been almost a year of suffering this tooth pain. I still do not have dental insurance but I can’t take it anymore and am going to borrow the money to get it fixed. Looks like I will have to have a root canal (which is pain due to nerve inflammation caused by things like LARGE fillings) AND a crown. All of which is going to end up costing me approximately $2,250. I wanted to bring a law suit against him when it happened but I got a job in Washington State so I had to move right after it happened. Also I had no money for a lawyer. He should not be allowed to practice as a dentist. He has NO idea what he is doing. Before I went to him my tooth was perfectly fine and healthy. No problems. Now I will not even have my natural tooth anymore and will have to be put through the issues that come with crowns. Such as breaking and having to have it re-done. I am only 26 years old and have excellent tooth health so this has been extremely hard for me to handle. Over my entire life it will no doubt cost me thousands and thousands of dollars and mental distress. He should not be allowed to practice as a dentist anymore for what he did to me.
